Welcome to
The Mend

Therapeutic services for healing,
growth, and connection

Our Approach

Starting therapy is a brave step. We're truly glad you’re here. We understand the importance of finding the right counsellor and how vital healing-in-relationship with a trusted therapist can be. At The Mend, we foster therapeutic connection that promotes growth, healing, and healthy attachment. Wherever you are on your journey, we'll meet you there. This way, we can provide the support that best meets your needs and collaboratively co-create a path toward your personal awareness, growth, and therapeutic goals.

At The Mend, you will experience a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where together we can navigate any emotions, thoughts, wounds, and experiences affecting your well-being, relationships, and healing. In short, we provide a space to explore sensitive questions and build new skills, helping you cultivate a healthier relationship with yourself and others.

Holistic Healing

We understand that healing emerges when we nurture and attend to our mind, body, and spirit. Each individual is a unique and complex system, existing within larger social and environmental systems. Understanding how we connect to ourselves, others, and all that is around us, is an important part of the healing journey.

Our Philosophy: Kintsugi

We are more beautiful for how we've been "broken" and put back together, than we ever were before.
